Bluestacks official website is the best place to start. BluesStacks version 5 is now available. It is approximately 400MB.

MEmuPlay from the official site. The latest version of NoxPlayer is v 7.5.
After downloading is complete, install MEmu emulator to your PC. Follow the instructions and continue clicking on the Next button until reaching the final step.
Now, launch MEmu Play by opening the desktop shortcut. After you have completed the installation, it will prompt you to log in with your Google account.
MEmu Play will ask for your Google account to log in. After you log in, MEmu Play will sync with your Google account. Start the Google Play Store, click on the icon and type TimeIO into the search box.
