MEmu Play can be downloaded directly from the website. NoxPlayer version 7.5 is the latest.
After downloading is complete, install MEmu emulator to your PC. Follow the instructions and continue clicking on the Next button until reaching the final step.
You can now launch the MEmu Play Emulator by using the desktop shortcut. Once you're done, you will be asked to log in using Google.
MEmu Play will prompt you to log in with your Google account. When you log in, it will sync your Google account to MEmu Play. Open the Google Play Store by clicking the icon, and search for Hala Tel.
Click on the Install button once you find Hala Tel from the search results. Sideloading APK is also possible (download the .APK file here and open it using MEmu), if you prefer to skip this step.
