  • Bluestacks is available for download from the official website. BluesStacks 5 is the latest version and is about 400 MB.
  • Once you have completed the download, click the Bluestacks Setup file to install it on Windows. Follow the on-screen instructions and install it accordingly.
  • The next step is to launch the emulator using the desktop shortcut and sign in using your Google account.
  • Go to Bluestacks home screen, and then click on the Google Play Store button.
  • Search for RAC by hitting the Google Play search button

  • Download NoxPlayer from the official website. NoxPlayer v 3 is available and is approximately 600 MB.
  • The downloaded setup file will now be used to install the emulator. Follow the instructions to install NoxPlayer on your laptop or computer.
  • Once the installation has been completed, launch Nox Android emulator. When asked, log in with your Google account.
  • To search RAC, click on the Google Play Store icon. Once found, click on the Install button to install RAC for PC.
  • Sideload APK (download the .APK file here and then open it with NoxPlayer) if RAC is not available on Google Play Store.

  • Next, use the desktop shortcut to find the MEmu Play emulator. Launch it. Once you're done, you will be asked to log in using Google.
  • MEmu Play will ask you to log in using your Google account. It will automatically sync your Google Account to MEmu Play when you log in. You can launch the Google Play Store from the icon by clicking on it and search RAC.
