  • Bluestacks comes as a free download. BluesStacks 5 is the latest version and is about 400 MB.
  • After the download is complete, click on the Bluestacks setup file to install it onto your Windows PC. Follow the instructions to install it.
  • Next, use the desktop shortcut to launch emulator and sign in with Google.
  • Go to Bluestacks home screen, and then click on the Google Play Store button.

  • MEmu Play will ask you to log in using your Google account. It will automatically sync your Google Account to MEmu Play when you log in. Click on the icon to launch the Google Play Store and search for Sound Meter.
