Bluestacks comes as a free download. BluesStacks version 5 is now available. It is approximately 400MB.

MEmuPlay can be downloaded from the official website. NoxPlayer v 7.5 is now available.
After downloading is complete, install MEmu emulator to your PC. Follow the prompts and click the Next button to continue until the last step.
Now, using the desktop shortcut, look for the MEmu Play emulator and launch it. Once it is done, it will ask for you to log into your Google account.
MEmu Play will ask for your Google account to log in. When you log in, it will sync your Google account to MEmu Play. Click on the icon to launch the Google Play Store and search for Bluetooth Messenger.
