Bluestacks official website is the best place to start. BluesStacks Version 5 is now available. It weighs in at around 400 MB.
After the download is complete, click on the Bluestacks setup file to install it onto your Windows PC. Follow the onscreen instructions and install it according to your specifications.
Next, open the emulator via the desktop shortcut, and then sign in to your Google account.
Now go to Bluestacks and click the Google Play Store link.
Google Play has a search bar that allows you to search for Cisco Jabber.

Install the emulator by following the instructions in the setup file. Follow the screen instructions to install NoxPlayer.
After the installation process, launch the Nox Android emulator and log in using your Google account when it asks you.

MEmuPlay is available on the official website. NoxPlayer version 7.5 is the latest.
Once the download is complete, you can install the MEmu emulator onto your computer. Continue following the instructions on the screen and clicking the Next button until you reach the final step.
Now, using the desktop shortcut, look for the MEmu Play emulator and launch it. After you have completed the installation, it will prompt you to log in with your Google account.
MEmu Play requires you to log on using your Google account. After you log in, MEmu Play will sync with your Google account. Start the Google Play Store, click on the icon and type Cisco Jabber into the search box.
