Bluestacks is available for download from the official website. BluesStacks version 5 is now available. It is approximately 400MB.
After the download is complete, click on the Bluestacks setup file to install it onto your Windows PC. Follow the prompts to install it.
The next step is to launch the emulator using the desktop shortcut and sign in using your Google account.
Now, head over to Bluestacks home screen and click on the Google Play Store icon.
Hit the search bar in Google Play and search for Chrome Dev.

NoxPlayer can be downloaded from the official website. NoxPlayer 3.0 is available. It is about 600 MB in size.
Install the emulator by following the instructions in the setup file. Just go through the on-screen instructions and install NoxPlayer on your computer or laptop.
Once the installation has been completed, launch Nox Android emulator. When asked, log in with your Google account.
Click on the Google Play Store icon and head over to the search bar to search Chrome Dev. Once found, click on the Install button to install Chrome Dev for PC.

MEmuPlay is available on the official website. The latest version of NoxPlayer is v 7.5.
After the download has been completed, you will need to install the MEmu Emulator on your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep on clicking the Next button until the final step.
Next, use the desktop shortcut to find the MEmu Play emulator. Launch it. Once you're done, you will be asked to log in using Google.
MEmu Play requires you to log on using your Google account. When you log in, it will sync your Google account to MEmu Play. Click on the icon to launch the Google Play Store and search for Chrome Dev.
Once you have found Chrome Dev in the search results, click on the Install button. You can also sideload APK from this page (download it here and open with MEmu), to get around the above step.
Once Chrome Dev is installed, you can use the app on your PC.
