Bluestacks official website is the best place to start. BluesStacks Version 5 is now available. It weighs in at around 400 MB.
Once the download is done, click on the Bluestacks set up file to install it on your Windows PC. Follow the onscreen instructions and install it according to your specifications.
Next, use the desktop shortcut to launch emulator and sign in with Google.
Now, go to Bluestacks Home Screen and click on Google Play Store.
Google Play offers a search feature that will allow you to search the term Whycall .
Download Whycall via the Play Store. To do this, click the Install option.

NoxPlayer can now be downloaded from the official website. NoxPlayer v 3 is available and is approximately 600 MB.
The downloaded setup file will now be used to install the emulator. Follow the instructions to install NoxPlayer on your laptop or computer.
After the installation process, launch the Nox Android emulator and log in using your Google account when it asks you.
Click on Google Play Store and navigate to the search box to search Whycall . Once you have found Whycall , click the Install button.
Sideload APK (download the .APK file here and then open it with NoxPlayer) if Whycall is not available on Google Play Store.
Start Whycall right from your desktop and you can play it immediately on your PC.

MEmu Play can be downloaded directly from the website. The latest version of NoxPlayer is v 7.5.
When the download is finished, install MEmu on your PC. Follow the prompts and click the Next button to continue until the last step.
Now, launch MEmu Play by opening the desktop shortcut. After you have completed the installation, it will prompt you to log in with your Google account.
MEmu Play will prompt you to log in with your Google account. Once you log in, MEmu Play will sync to your Google account. Click on the icon to launch the Google Play Store and search for Whycall .
Click on the Install button once you find Whycall from the search results. Sideloading APK is also possible (download the .APK file here and open it using MEmu), if you prefer to skip this step.
After installing Whycall , the app is ready for use on your PC.
